The dining scene here is a real treat! I feasted at Serena, their local meats and flavors are fire! Plus, the location is iconic, a hop away from Times Square! Can't forget the warm, comfy vibes of that Deluxe King Room that made crashing after a day of NYC exploring feel heavenly.

The staff was nice but could have brought a bit more energy when I asked for help.

We loved the spacious deluxe king room! The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially with our three dogs, always making sure we were comfortable. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the city right from Times Square, an absolute delight!

My children wanted more kid-friendly dining options.

The location is fantastic. theaters, restaurants, and the metro are super close. Our deluxe king room was spacious and modern with a comfy bed, flat-screen TV, safety deposit box, and a hairdryer. The gym was nice too. The staff was welcoming and even surprised us with wine for our honeymoon!

I had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in a Double Room! The location couldn't be better, right near the excitement of Times Square—so convenient for theater lovers! The room was comfortable but pretty small, which is expected in NYC. The bed was nice and I loved the modern touch of the TV being in the mirror. It was quiet and I had no issues with noise from the streets. However, the walls felt thin, so I heard some stuff from adjacent rooms. Not too bad overall, but something to note.

Comfortable Stay with Memorable Service

We enjoyed our stay for 5 nights, especially thanks to the friendly staff. Nikolas showed us to our room and explained all the amenities. The USB ports in the room were a nice touch. Tip, visit LeGrande for great cocktails like winter margaritas!
